Recovery Happens!

As a Recovery Peer Advocate, I can share how my healing continues with practice.  I do this in various methods of physical, mental, and spiritual formats.

We all have to start somewhere...for me, it was realizing that I am not alone and my story can heal others.  I am a Certified Recovery Peer Advocate for a NPO called, Connections Rounded Recovery, in upstate NY.
There, I can teach what I have discovered about my own healing and well being.

My groups are about healing the codependent nature in us all by inspiring light into our personalities with various practices for self discoveries.

As a FlowCode Coach and Nirvana instructor, I introduce the features of Nirvana that are a combination of breathwork and movement in a relaxing atmosphere, ThetaWave technology, special music accompanying the choreography, positive intentions, and other aspects making it a unique and FREE offer to those who come to my groups.

Nirvana Conscious Breathing

NirvanaFitness is not a style of yoga, it just includes some elements of yoga and pilates movements.
It provides its own technique of movement, breathing as well as of teaching.
Nirvana conscious breathing is the primary focus, the movement is following the breathing rhythm. In Nirvana other important features are also special class circular position, relaxing atmosphere, Theta Wave technology, special music accompanying the choreography, positive intentions, and other aspects making it a unique category on the market.

The main principles could be summarised as:
Conscious breathing with full & prolonged exhalation
Maximal active range of motion
Continuous Breathing & movement flow
